The Engineering Project Management course consists of 2 thematic blocks presented by different people.
In the first block, basics such as systems engineering, processes and methods are taught using a concrete example. The example is the development of a safety relevant system in a vehicle according to the Functional Safety Standard ISO26262. Steps such as item definition (system engineering), hazard analysis and risk assessment, requirements management, FMEA, FTA and verification are carried out. A further topic which will be addressed is the functional safety management which is the bridge to the second part of this course.
